Working 4U - Money provide free advice and assistance to all residents of West Dunbartonshire in relation to:
- Benefit Advice
- Benefit Appeal Representation
- Assistance with debt issues
- Advice on routes out of debt
- Budgeting Advice
- Energy-related issues
They have advisers who specialise in supporting those affected by Cancer and other Long Term Health Conditions & Disabilities. In partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support they deliver the Improving Cancer Journey Service (ICJ). The service is to help people affected by cancer get the support they need, whether its physical, practical, emotional or access to information and advice.

Services are by appointment. This can be by telephone, online platform (such as zoom) or face to face within council offices across West Dunbartonshire.
Appointments are also provided within some hospital settings for those affected by cancer and other long term health conditions. These include Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre and Vale of Leven Hospital Oncology.
There is no cost for services.
